I had a 20 year old heater for my ducted heating which had stopped working. I called Andrew and he came the following day.Turned out the heater was old and dangerous, so the following week Andrew arrived on time to install the new unit.......only to find that behind the heater was a huge mess and many disconnected ducts. Within the week Andrew arrived on time again with Dave and sorted out the old and added new ducts and heater, and now I have a lovely warm home ready for winter! Thanks Andrew and Dave, you made this a very easy process. Highly recommend.

Andrew and his team helped me change over my old split system air-conditioning unit to a brand new one. I am very happy with the quality of their work. They came to my South Melbourne apartment on time (lots of tradies hate coming to the inner city apartments) and did the job professionally. Took them a little while because the previous installation was such a dodgy job (the old air-conditioning unit was melting the insulation inside the wall), and Andrew didn't charge me extra for it. BTW, his pricing is very competitive, compared to Good Guys and Harvey Norman's installer, when I did my comparison

I had a very difficult roof with no ceiling cavity and the floor was concrete slab for the central area making it extremely difficult to install anything to heat both ends of the house. Andrew worked within my challenging
aesthetic limitations and ran ducting under the floor of the front, placing the ducts in the lower part of the wall, up and over the top of the under-stair area, and across the kitchen ceilingwithin a bulkhead to heat the rear rooms
