I’ve been working from home since Covid-19. My heater was old and needed to be replaced for me to be comfortable. I spoke to Conway Dunaus for a quote. They were so helpful and managed to fit me in straight away. I went to a few other companies for quotes locally, but this company was the best priced and could do it more quickly. I am not familiar with heating and cooling and the guys that quoted me and the manager were really helpful explaining the different terminology. The job was done quickly and professionally and the heater works a treat! I will definitely consider them for any future needs

I had to replace my split system at my salon, Conway Dunaus heating and cooling did a fantastic job in installing a new heating /cooling system. Stephen gave me a very good price for my unit and installation was smooth and the guys were very punctual, professional. I was extremely happy with the all round service from Conway/Dunaus I would highly recommend them.

Engaged Conway/Dunaus to install heater and A/C at my commercial property. They entirely outsourced the installation to "Mick". Installation involved work on the roof. They failed to seal their work properly. When it rained a large amount of water flooded into my property and Conway/Dunaus's contractor denied liability. I suffered damaged carpeting, paint-work and plasterboard. Very unhappy and would never recommend them.

We used this company to install our heating and air conditioning 5 years when we built our new house, in the last 2 years we have had nothing but problems with our heating and cooling system, they recommended one of their contractors who came and supposedly"fixed" our heater at a cost of 750 dollars, now the same problem has arisen less than 12 months after they "fixed it". Their contractors they use are rude and on the day they installed it my wife had to listen to tradesman swearing in front of our child.
