Karis Removals had its beginnings when Chris and his wife Karen, owned a furniture store specialising in quality leather lounges, dining suites and wall units.

Because we are constantly travelling up and down the Pacific Highway to Queensland, we pass through the mid North Coast towns weekly. Contact us if you are wanting to move either north or south. If you have just a few items to deliver somewhere en route either north or back to Gosford, then please submit the Few items quote form and well get back to you with a quote and more information.
We have been moving people to the Gold Coast almost every week for the past 30 years and also do frequent removals to Lismore, Ballina, Byron Bay, Murwillumbah and the Tweed. Because we are travelling through these areas, we are able to pick up and deliver goods as we head north and south along the East Coast.

Wes and Simon pick up all our belongings on Tuesday fantastic job very professional, friendly, and caring
The following Monday the guys arrived with our belongings and it went so smoothly

I can’t say enough nice things about my experience with Karis Removalist in Kariong.
I have used their service several times over the last 6 years … and had one of my households in storage with them for 6 years . All my belongings arrived in excellent order . The furniture from storage wasn’t even dusty !! No scratches or breakages . Incredibly happy with the service from the team . Cathy , Darren & the rest of the delivery guys were all a pleasure to deal with . Highly recommend them for removals and storage . Great Job and service all round

To say that we were pleasantly surprisedn by our removal experience with Gosford Furniture Removals would be an understatement. Everyone we interacted with were extremely polite and helpful, from quote to delivery.
The quote was competitive and accurate and the team of 5 wonderful removalists led by Simon were just incredible. Nothing was too much trouble for them even though there were lots of stairs involved at both homes. They were ALL extremely polite, careful, friendly and respectful and even happy as they went about doing their work. Each of them worked incredibly hard and worked so well

Used this company for a big move, the communication was poor. They turned up a day early without notice. One of the men was rude and grumpy making the experience uncomfortable and his colleagues stated he is renown for his rudeness. Not a good look for a business. We were told that additional help would be available at the unload end and paid a premium for the entire move. Only 2 men turned up, 1 was 4 hours late. We had to do most of the work while the men helped here and there in between smoko breaks. I would not use this business again. No help was given with placing furniture or boxes around

Great service. Made a stressful time much easier. Packed up my entire home while I was I hospital, stored everything securely while new home was undergoing renovations, then delivered everything safely when renovations were complete. Very professional from start to finish.

I recently moved house from Sydney to near Newcastle. I obtained several quotes and Gosford Removals seemed the most professional. I provided a detailed inventory and they responded with an itemised quote with no hidden extras or time / mileage based fees.
Cathie from the office got in touch to confirm all the details and the day before locked in the arrival time which the delivery guys stuck to.
On the day the team took great care with my stuff and nothing was too much trouble. Everything arrived in one piece and I couldn't be happier.
