Booked for 8am (for a 1pm settlement) and truck didn't show up until 5.45pm. The boys on the job did a good job but the lack of communication from head office was horrific. No updates from Georgia the receptionist whatsoever - we had to keep calling for updates just to be told "another hour". We ended up moving our stuff out of the apartment ourselves.. It made for a very stressful moving day.

I wish I read the below 1 Star reviews earlier. Pittwater Removals damaged 7 of the 10 furniture items they moved. See attached photos of some of the damage.
When I confronted the driver, as he brought another damaged item up into my new apartment, he threw the bedside table across my living room floor and swore at me. I was in tears.
In an attempt to resolve the matter with the owner David, he said “I can’t be responsible for my staff”.
Later David offered a 50% discount, which is only $625. What a joke! The cost to replace the

Pittwater Removals gave us really good service at a very reasonable price. Our move was very difficult because of the steep terrain and narrow paths and steps, but the movers were completely professional and unfailingly cheerful. The administration was efficient and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

If my wife and I were asked to rate your organization for organization, service and moving activity performed we would give a rating out of 10 a - 10 plus.
The performance of the two men can only be described as excellent, helpful, careful and sensible in all activities. They in fact soldier on against all adversity.
Thanks guys (esp. you Dave ) for helping two people who are no longer young and in my case overcome 9 years of kidney problems and am still soldiering on.

The team at Pittwater Removals was excellent every step of the way from the quotation, the receptionists, packing my kitchen gear, the removal from my house and moving everything into my new home. A special thank you to the team who did the heavy lifting. The were efficient, hard working and obliging in quite difficult circumstances. Pittwater Removals did a great job of packing up my home and storing my goods for 7 months and then relocating me Interstate. I highly recommend them as a top class removal company - with their help and support, my move and relocation were ‘as good as it gets’ - bearing in mind - moving home is not an easy or desirable exercise.. We had an interstate move requiring a weeks storage and couldn't fault the service from start to finish. David came out to look at our place in order to give us an accurate quote, something most companies couldn't offer. On the day the guys turned up early and were so friendly and took great care packing the mods. Our delivery was also seamless and everything arrived just as we saw it loaded. I would definitely recommend Pittwater Removals to anyone, they were quite a bit cheaper than the handful of other companies I had quote for our move + storage too which was a huge bonus. I am so impressed with the service I received from Pittwater Removals! I especially appreciated the packing service, considering we had so many other things to do getting ready to move out of country. The removalists were friendly and efficient, and the communication went above and beyond. I definitely feel like my money was well spent!
