My reticulation bore pump stopped working this December and was told by a person that the pump needs replacement at a cost of $1200. I decided to have 2nd quote and luckily rang Steve who came next day to have a look. He took only 3 minutes to diagnose that it was only a capacitor that needed to be replaced and won't cost much. He came back with… the capacitor and fixed the pump. I asked him to send me the invoice however even after three days I didn't receive the invoice. When I reminded him again, he insisted that he won't charge me, it's a Xmas gift from him. Could you believe it? So

Steve and James were an absolute Godsend. My wife and I recently moved from the city to Lower Chittering and talk about being a fish out of water. Anything that could go wrong went wrong, culminating in our Submersible Bore/Pump breaking down. You can imagine being on acreage without water is not the ideal situation, especially when you are now relying on one rainwater tank to service the whole house and gardens. I proceeded to call a company who came out and charged me $420 just to pull the pump out of the bore. After a few days, I called them to find out an eta for repairs. To my shock horror

Steve and Shane came and fixed my bore retic issues today in absolute record time. I rang in the morning and they came out the same afternoon. I was well impressed. Absolutely recommend these guys. They came out and fixed a reticulation problem that we had been trying to fix for hours in just minutes. They were so genuine as well. It's been a long time since we haven't been screwed over by a tradie but these guys had the problem diagnosed in seconds and fixed the problem in no time.
