The service and quality delivered from PRV is disgraceful 😡. I have used their services 3 times now and all have been incredibly dissapointing. From overcharging (by at least twice the price!!!) for goods, to not providing keys paid for, and cutting keys incorrectly and me getting locked out as a result- this place has been my worst nightmare. And to top it off, they never ever follow up on ANYTHING despite numerous promises. The staff at Botany have a terrible attitude and are incredibly rude also. Spent over $300 with these guys and while they may cut keys fine their customer service could definitely use an improvement. I don't believe they showed any interest or appreciation in our business, didn't smile and definitely didn't say thank you. If we weren't in a rush we would've gone elsewhere, won't return.

We asked Dave to install a new lock and fix other lock and knob issues at various parts our house. Everything was done very quickly and professionally. I have not come across such a good Trade Person so far. We were expecting high fees for the jobs but we had to ask Michael (Dave's colleague and another very friendly guy) whether the money to be paid was calculated correctly. I was not expecting such a low amount charged for the job.
