I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment and googled locksmiths in my suburb. Eastern Suburbs Locksmiths came up so I gave them a call. I was told the fee would be $180, which seemed a lot since it was during business hours on a week day but I was desperate so I said it was fine. However, after talking through the details - I couldn't let the locksmith in to the car park and we'd need to get a neighbour to let them in to the building (it's a secure complex so if you don't have keys/a security fob it's difficult to get in) they decided it was too complicated and they wouldn't be coming.

We were unable to get back into our apartment on Sunday evening due to an issue with the lock and our keys. The job was a lot bigger than originally expected and it took an hour to finally get into the unit but the guys at Eastern Suburbs Locksmiths did everything they could to get us into our apartment. Highly recommend these guys to anyone that is locked out.

We had a lot of locks installed in our home for child safety purposes and they did such a great job. They were very efficient in getting someone out to do a quote. They did a great job problem solving how to place locks on certain tricky cupboards. They explained and communicated things well. Actual installation went very smoothly and we are really happy with the result. Would definitely recommend.
