Moved house and used a pool company closer. Big mistake totally got ripped off. Went back to sigma who are friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and above all trustworthy. Highly recommend the Sigma team at Balcatta. They're now an hours drive away, but worth the journey. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Clint.

Went in to enquire about a new pool pump or possibly spare parts to fix my current one. They had terrific customer service by being well mannered and 100% focus on the customer. They didn't try to push me into the more expensive option of a new motor until we worked out whether my current one would be fixable or not.
I recommend them highly.

Terrible customer service. I needed a spare part for my cartridge pool filter just after Christmas and was advised by my local pool shop that Sigma would be the best place to get it fast. So went to Sigma on Balcatta road and was advised by the sales person that he would order the part and it would arrive in a few days. Heard nothing from them after 3 days so called to discover the part hadn't even been ordered. Now the part was being ordered on the Wednesday and should be with me by the following week as it was coming from the eastern states. Again had heard nothing from them the following Friday
