Waterworks Pool & Spa Service has been operating since 2005, while our Managing Director - Mark Kershaw started in the industry in 1993.

Our store is located in Wangara offering a complete care experience covering all requirements to look after you, your pool or spa whether you're in the residential, commercial or real estate space. We provide monthly maintenance packages, friendly and trustworthy servicing and advice so you can feel confident in coming to us for help or assistance you may need.

Waterworks offers weekly, fortnightly or monthly pool servicing packages including; Pool Water Testing & Analysis, Water Balancing, Equipment Inspection & Reporting, Pool Cleaning/ Vaccuuming, Filter & Pump Cleaning, Salt Cell Cleaning, Supply & Install Pool Blankets and all General Pool Maintenance.

Mark and his team have been servicing my pool every month for as long as I can remember. They are very knowledgeable, always willing to explain how the chemicals and mechanics work and available in emergency repairs. I dont usually write reviews but they definitely deserve a special mention today! Jayden found 50$ unbeknown to me in my skimmer box! His honesty was very much appreciated. My pool was clean, he even commented on it when he arrived. I was quoted $87. When he finished he said he will send me the invoice. when it arrived he charged me $227. When I queried he said he put chemicals in the pool (which wasn't green or even dirty). he said he cleaned the salt cell and had to WIGGLE it which took more time ?? I wonder how… long he wiggled it. he said it took him 1.5 hours the journey from and to "base" . I wasn't told they will charge me for travel time and I wasn't told they will charge me by the hour. He claimed he put 2 bags of salt in the pool, when I checked the

Waterworks set my equipment up and although too far away for me to use to purchase general products (I'm not able to give them much business for general pool requirements) they have continued to offer good advice and the odd time they have come out to assist there team have been excellent with both the work and advice.

Have been going to see the team at Waterworks since my pool was installed last summer.. Great advice.. Pool tests are always backed up with a friendly recommendation of what chemicals are really needed and what can wait until the the results of next months test.. My pool stayed crystal clear all over winter! Well done Gemma and the Team at Waterworks.

This is the first time I have used Water Works, The lady who answered was delightful to talk to and got me booked in immediately. They provided a fantastic service, friendly and knowledgeable. I was worried about some of the equipment and he could have tried to sell me a new chlorinator and I would have believed him. Instead Logan got everything working better than it had been for years and assured me the chlorinator is ok for now. Really pleased, I really appreciate honest service. Thank you Logan.

Been twice and shut both times, first on a Saturday and then on a friday. Who shuts early on a friday and is closed all weekend, surely that is one of the busier times. Went to another and their queue was out the door at 4.30 on friday. Only given one star as it wont let me give none!

I rent at a house that has a pool with a broken salt cell that the owners will not replace. The staff member Gemma has been a life saver when it comes to the right combination of chemicals to use to keep my pool clear and algae free. I drive out of my way 20 mins because i know this is a reliable company that has excellent customer service. would recommend 10/10.

I literally just witnessed one of your drivers abusing another driver and swerving into their car trying to hit them. Try drug testing your psycho employees. I will be reporting this to police and posting to social media pages. This is not on. Way to make your business look bad.

Don't use these people. The technician damaged the pool pump and the guy who's meant to be the owner won't return calls. I had to get another company to fix it and they have cost me over $400 now. Save your money & go elsewhere.
