Customers deal directly with the owner of the business not an employee and we use no sub-contractors. Russell came to clean my new wool rug last week as our cat had an accident.
The area was flushed with bi carb, vinegar and soda water and an anti enzyme was applied by us.
Russell cleaned the carpet the following day and in the process decided to steam clean the back of my rug which has released the backing and distorted the rug.
The wetness has then lead to the black backings colour to stain the rug.
I now have a over 1 m of brown dye stain.

Booked with Russell a week prior for a 3 bedroom duplex. Was quick and professional over the phone, booking was a breeze.
Russell was on time as I wasn't but he didn't mind waiting 5-10mins. He started straight away as soon as I opened the door. He is very polite, funny and hardworking. We had quite terrible stains throughout my daughters bedroom and high traffic areas such as the stair cases and Russells equipment took it all off, looked better than when we first moved in!
