DO NOT book this man, he not show up! Unreliable, rude, arrogant and certainly not professional. Left us with 4 rooms we had spent 2 hours completely clearing, waiting for him to show and when I text to see where he was, he rang and said it must have been an administrative error but it was not down in his schedule, although he could see he had confirmed in writing to me that he would be here today at 4.30pm by text. He said he did not know how it happened, when I explained that we were sitting here with all items in our lounge room as we had cleared all our bedrooms and offices and taken 2 hours

Cannot recommend Phil at Mighty Clean enough, Cleaned our carpets recently TOP NOTCH JOB, we also recommended him to a relative for a lounge clean and again EXCELLENT work. Phil and Issac came and cleaned my beige dining chairs which I thought were beyond repair - I was not expecting them to come out so clean and am very happy with the results. They were very friendly, on time, excellent communication and great value for money (also was the best price from other places I phoned). They tidied up after themselves and were quick and efficient. I would absolutely recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

Overall the service provided by Mighty Clean was professional and good value for money. The carpets look fresh and feel clean. I was slightly disappointed about the dirt that was left around the very edges of the room where the carpet meets the wall. I discussed the matter with Phil when I noticed the issue (after they had left) and he advised they would normally use a crevice tool to address the matter, but that they only do so if they notice a build-up. After they left I went along the edges of each room with a shower squeegy and dragged out the built-up dust/dirt. Phil was apologetic that they
