Dynamic Design Solutions (DDS) was established in 2002. Lalit Mital is the director of DDS and nominated architect, registered with NSW Board of architects (NSW ARB 6798). He is A+ member of AIA, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects. Lalit accomplished his postgraduate degree, 'Masters in Design Science Computing' from University of Sydney.
This unique curriculum provided a comprehensive overview on computers and their applications applied to achieve high design performance in field of architecture. He has wealth of knowledge and more than 30 years' experience in Australian Building and Construction Industry.
Prior to starting his practice, he worked in various Sydney based architectural firms in senior position as project architect and gained valuable experience in residential, commercial and institutional projects.Lalit worked on award winning Residential Project-Liberty Grove, Homebush Bay Drive, comprising houses, townhouses, 3 storey flats and medium rise apartments.
