We were so impressed with the courteous and efficient service we received from Whybirds for our removal of personal goods from the US. Our contact person in Brisbane was Brianna and she was excellent in every regard. Also our two removalists were extremely professional and prompt with our delivery. Their manner was so helpful and calm, taking away any concern or anxiety we may have had on our move. I unfortunately used this company. They have no duty of care for your belongings and really don't care how your possessions turn up. Timber furniture turns up with rub marks and scratches that are definitely new as the rub dust is still present. Metal items turn up with holes in them. TV turns up with smashed screen. When lodging a complaint you are told you did not take the insurance so it's not there responsibility. You ask for the directors to phone you and no one calls. Would I recommend this company to anyone. No unless you have furniture that you want taken to the dump. Because they really

Update: Michael from Whybirds contacted me personally and sincerely apologised for the events outlined below. He has assured me that a full investigation will take place and there will be consequences for the individuals involved. He has also assured me that they will examine how employees are educated regarding handling fragile items. The follow up from my review has been sincere and considerate of the emotional impact of the damage that occurred. Much appreciated. I have revised my rating from one to three stars. My hope is that this won't happen to another client.

We recently used Whybirds Removals to move locally in Brisbane and couldn't recommend them highly enough. The men were professional, friendly and very helpful. We tried to be as organised as possible but nothing was too much effort for the men. They moved all our belongings from our rental to our new home in a timely manner and placed the boxes in their respective rooms as requested. Eric, Dan and Brenton worked as a great team. We would definitely use Whybirds again for future moves and had a great experience.
