So at very short notice Jake booked us in for a full house move, big truck and 2 men...Great right ? It gets better....Paul & Pedro showed up on time on the day, it was pouring with rain and they didn't flinch, got stuck in and started the loading, we had a minor hiccup that day and had to cancel the move on the spot. The guys realised what was going on and started to unload the truck back into the garage... (settlement stuff). We fixed up the bill and they left, this is where it gets incredible. I called Jake to see if he could send someone at the same time the next day and he simply replied

Just want to say a massive thank you! Coming from moving a lot and using a lot of movers, the service level is way above par.
It was the most refreshing and easy move we have done!

Pedro and Andre rocked up on our doorstep about three hours after the anticipated time originally provided, but that happens with movers. Once they were at my place, however, they were awesome. They didn't stuff around and powered through loading up the truck and on arrival at the new place, unloaded quickly and efficiently. There was no damage to any goods, the guys were more than happy to move stuff around as much as we needed, and were generally outstanding. On top of it all, they were nice blokes.

I'd leave a rating of no stars if it was an option. This company did a no-show the morning they were due to do our removal. I could not get in contact with them and a month later I've still not received any response to my missed phone calls and text messages. As a single mum I was so grateful to have found another very professional and helpful local removalist company who helped me out at such short notice.

These guys are great! Friendly people, on time and didnt waste time. No depot to depot charge like most companies have. Some of the furniture had to be dismantled to get into the rooms we wanted and they had all the tools needed to do it. They were careful, nothing was damaged. Everything was wrapped and strapped on the truck. I highly recommend these people, they are well above all the others I've ever used.

It's no wonder why these guys have so many 5 star reviews. Bernie, Pete and Glen moved our items with great care and were very friendly. They worked hard and didn't muck around so we definitely got value for money. They are honest guys too! We had a scratch on the door and one of the crew pointed it out to me as he wasn't sure if they caused it (it was not them). A lot of people would not be so concerned and we really appreciated that.
If you are looking for a removalist, I can only give my highest recommendation for Smooth Moving Solutions. The name says it all.
