Unfortunately our experience with Auss Homes Underpinning has been horrific. We originally contacted the company in July 2021 to assist with removal of dirt and installation of plastic covering in our underfloor space.
While inspecting the underfloor space the Auss Homes Underpinning representative cut up our carpet in our bedroom without authorisation to do so rather than removing the carpet from the edge of the room without damaging it.
