Jason was super professional and helpful in the redesign of our small bathroom to give us a separate toilet, shower and laundry. He talked us off the ledge with some of our crazier ideas but was very responsive to some of our more out-there ideas and made them happen. He is gifted in tiling and the first thing everyone says is they love the tiles - certainly a tick on that front. He is also pleasant to deal with and explains the details whenever we asked. Would definitely recommend.

We could not recommend Jason more highly. From the clear communication, outstanding craftsmanship, fantastic organisation and great conversation it was all top notch. Jason was set a challenge of renovating our bathroom and toilet in an older house that is not as square and level as we had thought! You would not know this from the end product. We are so in love with our bathroom and will definitely be using Jason in the future for any other bathroom renovations!

We highly recommend Jason and feel lucky to have found him. Jason’s contract was clear and detailed, he had a very reasonable timeframe and he was always available to answer any questions. When there was a delay with a separate trade that we had hired, he dealt with the issue with professionalism and empathy for our situation, even though the delay had repercussions for him.

We recently had our bathroom and laundry renovated by Jason and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Jason was super responsive from the beginning. After the original quote we peppered him with questions and he covered everything off and was really patient with us.
The work itself was excellent. Our bathroom and laundry look phenomenal, and Jason’s experience was clear in the suggested additions in our bathroom that we wouldn’t even have thought about. We’re hoping to do a bigger reno down the track and will definitely be going with Jason again!

We are very pleased with our renovated bathroom. From start to finish Jason's care and professionalism was evident. The negotiation re the scope of the job, the clear and comprehensive written advice and the detailed contract were exemplary. Our job was delayed several times but this was no fault of Jason, it was due to COVID realities.The important thing is that Jason kept us informed at all times of the delays. We are very very happy with the new bathroom. Jason was an utter professional, very helpful and clear throughout, with advice and answers to help us at every turn. Was also not a hindrance to have the work done as i worked from home throughout the reno.
