So disappointed and unhappy with the service. I have a swimming pool fence which needs to pass the regulation. I booked an initial inspection and got a report. Did all the works needed with a handyman and booked the final inspection. they sent a completely different inspector who gave me more things to do which is not on the report at all. so far I have paid total 380 + 150 for two inspections and also money for handyman and devices total over 1000 but no good outcome at all! so frustrated because I am close to the deadline.

Stay away from these people. I never seen anyone who has no idea about the building code or regulations. They try to make rules as they go along. Doing a simple front fence for one of our properties have become a mission impossible because of these people. They will even challenge council issued permit to get their way. Just stay away from these people if you don't want to live on the street.

Follow up with the surveyor about the final inspection certificate that we never receive. Chatted with Sue who returned my call prompty but adviced me that I should have seen the update about the job (that it failed the inspection) from the link they sent and that they have done all their parts. She rushed me to finish my call by telling me that she "has so many more calls to return".
You guys DIDN'T do your part because we never receive the link to track the progress of our permit.

Avoid took over 18 months avoid avoid!!!
Permit for very small front verandah 5m by 1.3m .. RFI from Stacey requested planning permit and structural engineer. Council said no planning required but did not refund the fee.. engineer, well we ignored him anyway.. builder specified concrete stump floor, engineer specified stumps with whaling plate, stumps to 1m depth.. builder just went with 650mm deep.. so we ignored the engineer anyway.. stop work order and notice to reinstate to original as I had already demolished part of verandah so council would not grant demolition.. needed a lawyer and another
