Ordered screen and security doors mid September came and installed some screen bcse some didn’t fit .. even though they measured twice. Forgot to bring mirror we were also getting. Installed security screen doors one ok the other one when it’s locked prevents you from opening the front door bcse the handles engage rang and told them they said that’s not good .. then hear nothing from them until we get an email asking when we are going to pay remaining balance 🙄 we ring them they come take door and haven’t heard from them AT ALL ... still waiting on 3 screens and 1 security screen door

All the owner cares about is her business, there is no morality to it. They would do whatever it takes to not to loss any business, even if it means lying and making untrue statements. While on the phone, she told me to hold while she has other business to attend and in the end hurry hung up the phone with a sarcastic bye.

There should be a “Negative Star” review for companies like this one!!! It was, hands down the worst customer service I have ever received in my life!!!
After the most abhorrent phone service, I reluctantly booked a job, the glazier didn’t show up. I phoned to receive even more appalling service followed by unacceptable lies! An extremely disgusting way to run a company! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
