Very bad experience...I was told that I could "Come down and get a piece of vehicle glass fitted" (drove 15 kms). Arrived to be directly told "No!" from an older female staff member - no apology for misinformation on the phone, very rude, inflexible and direct customer interaction and service. During my 40 years of operating within retail, hospitality and entertainment industries I would have to say this was an example of one the worst customer service experiences I have seen or received!

Kingborough Glazing are excellent.
My home required multiple replacement windows with glass panes of various sizes. The quote process was quick and efficient - price advised inside of 24 hours (very good timing given the complex nature of the job). Thank you Tracey.
The installation and removal of old glass work was done in a first class manner. All old glass was taken away by the KG team. FIVE STARS! Thank you Justin.
