Supplied the wrong marble - after the order not being available on the day the tiler was booked and delivery was promised. I paid for solid marble and was delivered veneer - 2 weeks late. Then the process of dealing with my complaint was poorly managed. I was told the sales manager would phone - I'm still waiting. I also ordered limestone cobble… stones. 100 of. I got 70. I ordered 100 as I needed that amount. These bozos didn't even hop in a car and drive them to me - on both occasions I drove to Slacks creek to get them. After the marble mess up I would have thought that a little better
