Alan is an excellent tiler. I've used him three times now, he does a fast, professional job and the end result is wonderful. He turns up when he says he will, finishes the job on schedule and his invoice matches his quote, never any hidden extras.
I read the 1 star reviews and was very surprised by them. My experience has always been an excellent one with Alan. I wish other trades were as good as he is.

I called up and asked help with a drain, I was trying to ask for advice on a linear drain installation as previous tiler didnt set it in concrete, he hung up then I put muy husband on.
Then he told me I should listen to my husband!
Not surprising, other one star review said he was rude, he hung up on me too!!!

Unlike the other reviews - i Had my bathroom completely renovated and found Alan to be extremely professional and the quatlty of his workmanship was impeccable. I was highly recommended from friends who had used him and have since recommend him to my family and friends also. Very happy customer.
