Absolutely shocking company. As a company providing a service and dependent on customers they treat their customers like garbage. Agreed window specs on the technical data sheets on the quote didn't match the delivered products, no solutions offered or provided, "you signed and paid, not our problem" Will have many days in VCAT ahead.

Go elsewhere, Not Recommend!! Waited over six weeks for an order I placed. Was told it would only take 3 weeks turnaround before they took my money. They don't even have the courtesy to call me and tell me where they dropped the ball. I had to call them to find out.
