Had to make an appointment for covid safe reasons. Lisa the consultant spent about 45 minutes working through multiples options and ideas with us before finally making our selections. Wonderful friendly service. Didn't feel rushed and Lisa went above and beyond to show us a variety of different options to meet our needs. Happy customer ☺

The staff try to dictate what you should buy and try to get you to buy tiles according to their taste, rather than what suits you and your property. The salesperson also trashed me for not using Pinterest to help me with my tile search - even though people have successfully shopped for Tiles before Pinterest even existed. I just ended up doing business elsewhere.
