I highly recommend AssetAir- they are extremely professional. I’ve been using this company for many years to service my air conditioners at my home and rental properties. I have also used them for brand new installation of ducted air con units. I recently had a elderly tenant who was suffering in the heat as her air con broke and the lovely lady on the phone with a South African accent was very sympathetic and fit my job in immediately even though they were heavily booked. 5 stars! I can absolutely recommend Asset Air Conditioning for their professionalism and friendly service. Just prior to Christmas one of our ducted systems failed, and Jack arrived not only on time, but went out of his way to source the required part to fix, and saved our Christmas. I manage a large rent roll, I use Asset for repairs and installations with all of our rental properties, I normally have several jobs a week in progress with them, especially in the summer time. They are consistently 10-15% cheaper than the competition, they work well with the tenants, turn up when they say they're going to turn up and carry out work to a highly professional standard.

From start to finish Asset Air were excellent to deal with. We had 4 split system units installed at our tricky property (3-storey house on a sloped block) and the guys fitted everything perfectly. The Samsung units are quiet and look clean and minimal internally, we're really happy with everything, highly recommended!

What a pleasure it was to call out Asset Air Con & Elec. Our reverse cycle unit broke down and I was looking for someone local to us to come and fix it. First of all the admin team were really friendly and helpful, they didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them, like some companies do. We quickly arranged an appt and they arrived on time as advised, which is a big plus for me. Secondly the tech that came was so knowledgeable and did a great job with fixing and cleaning. We will definitely be using them again, I’m a big fan of giving recommendations for a great service provided all round

Very happy with the service I have received in replacing my old air-con. Tim and the team have been very easy & to deal with which made the whole process a 'stress-free' one. I found everyone I dealt with to be very friendly and professional ..., not to mention tidy! I needed to repaint the wall and they were very accomodating with the installation requirements. Would not hesitate in recommending their services to any prospective client.

Asset Air is probably one of the best air condition installers in the Gold Coast.
I went through at least 8 different contractors to get quotes and in the end I decided to go with Asset Air and we are very happy that we did.
Tim and his team provide a fast and efficient service at very good prices.
After the installation of one of the Panasonic units, we found out that it was creating vibrations inside the room while the compressor was running. They decided to relocate the unit on top of the roof (please see photo) to remove any vibrations and make the room

We got a ducted system put in by Asset Air and the process was very easy thanks to Nick, Tim and the rest of the team.
We got a 4 zone system (one of which is a very large space) and the Panasonic works great for the whole house. The team also had it done and dusted in under a day.
Very happy with it and the process!
