Jason at CCRAC is meticulous and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to A/C systems. Ours was not working well when we moved in to our new home but he provided advice on how best to improve without the need to replace the whole system. The upgrade was a complete success and the A/C is working superbly. On top of this, Jason is very customer focussed and is genuinely concerned on providing the very best service. I strongly recommend CCRAC if you want the best A/C advice, installation and service.

From my first phone call to the very end, absolutely fautless. Jason was so professional, shared some options with me without a sales pitch to it. He was friendly, polite, on time, sent me a reminder the night before and then a follow up after. I left for work and came home, to two installed air cons, the place was just as i left it and they look fantastic, also such attention to detail. Would highly recommend!

Jason installed an air-conditioner at our rental property. He did a great job, liasing with our property manager and tenant's. He went above & beyond to make sure it was working correctly a few months later when we had water/rain leak. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

I cannot rate Jason from Coastal Commercial and Residential Air Conditioning highly enough. He has restored my faith in tradesmen. He was honest, gave me three choices of place for my air conditioner to be put. He was very reasonably priced and and gave me multiple choices of air conditioners plus gave me unbiased advice on which air conditioners were the best for my house. He was also very knowledgeable about what promotions were on for Energex which got me money back on my aircon unit. The installation was done quickly and there was no paying a deposit first etc. He invoiced me after the installation

I have googled and called 5 different air-conditioning companies Two are quite far away from my residence, so I kept it down to three coz I thought I should give the business to the local community.. Out of these three, Jason of CCRAC (Commercial Coastal & Residential Air-conditioning) was the most accommodating to answer all my questions. The other two were also good, their prices are also competitive, and in fact one of them is cheaper than CCRAC, but while talking to them I could sense the impatience in their voices and for me, that was the deciding factor. I chose the CCRAC.
