Like other reviewers, we wanted to support a locally owned store rather than a big chain. We're glad we did! The service was excellent and made it easy to choose the right 3 fans for our house. Pricing and range were as good as the chain or online stores. As a bonus we were served by Yossi the electrician, who was able to book us right in for the installation. Thanks Fan Shop!

I wanted to support a small business rather than a lighting chain - best decision. Excellent service and advice from Ben-David, but more importantly better quality products than the chain store, especially the warranty period. The indoor fans I purchased have 5 year warranty, outdoor ones 6 and for the same price as chain store with 2 year warranty. Thanks Ben-David,

Can't speak highly enough of the professional service I received. I've been dealing with Cliff and Yonni at both stores over a period of months.They have been helping me source quiet, wall mounted fans for my workplace, where our needs are very specific. The staff have gone above and beyond to source a suitable product, which are now installed and doing the job well.

It's only a small shop but. It's in a quiet spot and still has a lot of really nice products. They are as price competitive as the bigger stores and gave us some good product knowledge. My daughter in law eventually bought a fan from somewhere else but only because of the styling that she particularly liked I would have been happy with many of the products in the Fan shop.

Joel was very helpful! We needed some exhaust fans and wanted something specific that we could not find in the other 'big' shops.. I googled and found the fan shop, gave them a call and Joel was so helpful, he gave lots of great advice, ordered our product and we had it in a few days!
