Building 2 upmarket houses and been to numerous locations and endless websites we decided to go to a couple of stores. The assistant at Decor was knowledgeable and the range incl a bunch of commercial. For instance we didn’t want down lights in out en-suite as we wanted face light. We were shown some strip lighting that would run on top of the… mirror but behind a little gyprock detail so the clean lines were kept. We picked out lights, told they would be arriving in 2 weeks.....that was 4 months ago. Still waiting, terrible communication - we've been told its "on the boat" 4 seperate occasions. Our renos are on hold waiting for the lights and still nothing better than "it should be on the boat and thats all we can tell you". No compensation given at all. Will not be coming back
