Outstanding service from the time we started choosing our carpets to the day they were installed. Carolynne went out of her way to assist us in finding the perfect carpet for our house.
The installation process was seamless. Shayne and Doug are certainly professionals. Considering what a huge job it was to re-carpet my whole house ( 3 full days to install), they were an absolute pleasure to have in the house.

To have all our carpets changed in our two storey house in Cherrybrook, we are very glad to have chosen Accent Carpets in Castle Hill. Very satisfied with with all aspects of our dealings with Accent Carpets from the time we entered the store to seek information and recommendations for our particular requirements to delivery and installation to after sale service.
The after sales service was put to the test when vacuuming the new carpet that a stain became evident in the master bedroom, it only took one phone call to Jude for the complete carpet replacement to the room to be organised.
This was completed in the time promised and with no cost to us and
we have no hesitation in recommending Accent Carpets.

Accent Carpets was recommended to us by our son, he was right there showroom service and advice made our selection so easy. This did not stop

If I could give minus stars I would!
The worst carpet laying ever experienced..
We got them as they came recommended through our builders and designer.
Oh my goodness, even though we chose a top of the line carpet, it has a hole in it and has already come away from the edges!
We know the hole was there when laid and contacted them immediately, however they simply said no!
The carpet is laid so badly, you can see massive carpet lines in the middle of rooms.
We built such a beautiful house and the carpet has ruined the look.
DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY.

Accent Carpets Castle Hill installed our carpets and fitted our plantation shutters. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with their staff especially Jude Mello who helped me through every step of the way and has been completely transparent in their process.
My wife and I were really impressed with the attention to detail, quality of the products and the professional customer service of the team that was provided to us all the way through.
