With over 20 years experience, Artpine Floorsanding & Polishing are a family based business that specialise in all your flooring needs. From initial project consultation, application, completion and after sales support, we ensure that every customer's solution is individually tailored to suit their requirements.
Over the years, Artpine Floorsanding & Polishing have catalogued a number of equipment to ensure the best results for our customers. No job is too difficult to manage with the help of our Galaxy 12 Belt Sander. With it's drum sander, it allows for us to overcome the challenging whilst the belt sander allows for us to maintain precision.
We always advise our customers of their maintenance obligations to keep there floor looking well, up-to-scratch! Our care instructions, maintenance plan and products not only help you clean your floor but bring them back to life when wear and tear are apparent (or recoating is not an option). Coatings generally take between 24 - 48 hours to dry, but they will take approximately 7 - 14 days to fully harden.
We always advise our customers of their maintenance obligations to keep there floor looking well, up-to-scratch! Only use cleaners that are recommended by your timber floor manufacturer as coating properties vary widely between timber floors.

I found Mario to be an absolute professional in his approach to his work. He advised us on options to lay a new floor and that advice was spot on. He recommended a supplier who was very easy to deal with. Mario also sanded an older floor we had that had a cupping issue. Both the new and old floors have been sanded and look beautiful. He and his offsider were courteous and very careful when in the house. They changed shoes every time they left inside to outside. They use dust extraction equipment so the dust left behind was minimal. It is attention to detail that makes this company stand out.

Mario recently sanded and refinished my floors and stairway. The results were superb. He gave really sound advice about the best approach and finish taking into account the state of my floors. He worked in with my timetable, finished on time, was very tidy and cooperated well with other trades. Highly recommended.
