All our gates are unique and custom made by our experienced fabricator/blacksmith. Our consultant calls to site and/or works off the client's plan in order to establish the client's requirements. Accessories such as code pads, intercom systems and access control equipment can also be installed by our experienced team of technicians.
We provide all our clients with a free 6 month and 12 month warranty service, after our installation is completed. We believe the equipment we install is of the highest quality and it is our intention to back that with the best service support we can provide. Raclo also carries out general service on all types of gate operating equipment.

Services
The early days saw four enthusiastic men, working together to supply and install the market that was emerging. Raclo operates from a workshop/showroom in Gladesville. The venue is an ideal location for servicing the Sydney market, as it is located very close to many main vehicle arteries. We have a showroom from which we can demonstrate our products and distribute various gate acccessories.
As a result of being in the gate automation market since 1980, we have established a significant reputation and client base. We service many gate sites on a regular basis. Our exposure to a wide range of gate systems enables us to service most remote control gate systems. Raclo carries out many refurbishments of gate entries as modifications occur to clients' driveways.

Very pleased with the extremely prompt service received from raclo in fixing our electric gate. Melissa, receptionist was most helpful, offering all the information she possibly could, along with notes on how to open the gate manually if required. Jim technician, was most obliging, even in the wet weather working with an umbrella. Great team work guys.

RACLO have serviced and repaired both our Strata Unit's main garage doors and individual unit garage doors for over 15 years and have always been extremely competent and professional in all their work. Routine maintenance is planned and advised well in advance and requests regarding defects and repairs are handled expeditiously, so security downtime is minimised. Of particular note is the expertise of their mechanics, who fabricate new metal fastenings such as hinges, gate brackets etc and remove, fabricate and weld the damaged parts back into place, generally within the day.
