We were thoroughly pleased with our carpet and vinyl from Andersens, Cairns. The staff in the store were kind and helpful. The installation teams were very enthusiastic and cheerful. They really went out of their way to make sure that we were completely satisfied with their work, and were true ambassadors for the company. I think their bosses should give them a bonus this Christmas. It's great to see workers who really love their work, and take pride in what they do.

Communication and service with the Andersen team throughout the process of ordering, laying and installation was highly commendable. We are very happy with our new flooring in 4 rooms, matched almost perfectly with the existing flooring in the living area, and our white plantation shutters provide a relaxing yet elegant finish. Additionally all installation was undertaken with a minimum of fuss.

Our new carpet is lovely and we had no hassles with the initial measure and quote to the actual carpet laying. The price was also cheaper than we expected too. Only issue was being unable to get a receipt until almost two weeks after paying however this has been followed up and sorted out. Would definitely recommend Andersens.

Huge shoutout to Darren!! I went into a few flooring shops and told them what I wanted and that I was going to do it myself, once that was said they took my enquiry less seriously. However when I went into Anderson, I was greeted with a smile and was taken seriously. He was very quick in responding to all my enquiries. After my colour I wanted was discontinued, he sent me many photos and videos of the other choices we had (we live over 1 and half hours out of town). Honestly as soon as we walked through the door, the service was so incredible that I wouldn't have even bothered looking elsewhere

Great service from walk in to completion. Andersens did everything they said they would do. They were super reliable and the installers were trustworthy and I felt comfortable having them in my home. To top it off, I can't stop looking at the end result, it's made a massive difference. Thank you Andersens.

Had my carpet installed today. Fantastic work ! The installer even added a bit of foam to my door handles so the doors did not mark my newly plastered walls.( no door stops yet installed) Very much appreciated! I so look forward to having my ordered blinds installed to complete the new look of my house. Thanks Cairns Andersens team.
