Excellent service provided by Shaun and Jordan. Rang to fix an urgent plumbing issue that had reduced the water pressure at home to a trickle which meant we couldn't have showers. Not ideal with an eight month old baby in the house. Shaun provided great customer service, getting Jordan to come out to our house straight away. Jordan was friendly and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. He also came in and changed over a washer that needed fixing while he was here. Water pressure is now better than what it was originally and we have a happy and clean baby. Couldn't be happier with the great service

I was left with a leaking roof after another business who had repaired and recapped my roof refused to accept responsibly, even though the roof had never leaked before. With water pouring inside during heavy rain, I called Pipe Safe Plumbing in an emergency situation. A representative had arrived within 20 minutes to quote and then make emergency repairs. Pipe Safe returned when the weather was favourable and made a permanent seal. I was very grateful for the numerous phone calls and follow up to check if everything was to my satisfaction. We recently had a very nasty experience with Pipe Safe. In our opinion and that of two other plumbers we consulted, the work was incompetent and the price exorbitant. Of greatest concern, however, was the electrical component of Pipe Safe's work, allegedly performed by an 'electrician​' for whom we were charged. We never received an electrical compliance certificate and were subsequently advised by Energy Safe Victoria to have safety repairs done ASAP.

I wish I'd checked Yelp before getting these clowns in. After my insurance provided me a full report advising there was a cold water leak, Shaun came out and said the job would definitely not be in the thousands. He charged me $249 for this useless information before sending another guy who told me there was a cold water leak that would cost $10,000!! This guy charged me $349 for information I had already told them!!! I've been ripped off for the first time ever and I am going to take it "all the way".

We called pipesafe for a quote to unblock a toilet, a job we were assured by "Shaun" would not cost more than $250. Sadly he was not a man of his word, and after our 6 minute toilet unblocking job was complete, we were charged $360.80. It's not a good feeling to have a tradesmen tell you one thing, then do another. Stay away!
