Not the first time my husband & I have used Sam but this was our first plumbing "emergency".. Sam was contactable immediately, gave good advice and came as quickly as he could, assessed, diagnosed and fixed the problem. All with a minimum of fuss, and expense!! He is on time, lets you know exactly what is needed and does everything he quoted for and more and leaves NO mess, we will continue using Sam the plumberman.

Sam is diligent on work and charges a reasonable price. I got the first quotation to fix a leaking problem in the apartment, but it is very expensive due to the work includes an extended area and tiling. I called Sam to describe the leaking problem, he gave me a quote with less extended area. He fixed the problem straight to the point (the cause), eliminates other unnecessary work, hence he charges a reasonable price. He also advises to observe whether the leaking is fixed for a couple of weeks, otherwise, he will come back and see what happens. Even if I did not approve the first quotation from
