Next Generation Glass installed double glazed windows and bi fold doors as part of our house renovation. All were fitted without incident. Upon completion however we questioned whether the windows should have restricters on them to limit opening. We were told that this would be an extra cost and not part of the original quote. One windows was on the second floor and accessible to children who could of easily opened the window and fallen out. Our builder ended up paying for this window but we were responsible for the rest, an unexpected additional cost. I had previously had another company install
