Had a damaged kitchen timber window requiring replacement and some small repair works on two other windows. Phil and Kathryn were prompt in responding to my email enquiry, providing an initial competitive quote based off photos and allowing me to proceed with a full measure, quote and installation. Phil is very knowledgeable and provided a tailored solution, finished the job to an excellent standard whilst also putting in place solutions to prevent future water/rain damage. Could not recommend highly enough!

I found Phil and his wife Kathryn very rude. To make a long story short for some reason they thought they had my job in the bag without even measuring and quoting my job.
Long story-
I waited 3 months for Phil to get back on his feet after an operation where I had every right to get my job done somewhere else but decided to wait because they had already replaced a couple of my sash windows.
After 3 months or so with no word from them at all I chased them up to see if they where back on track and if they could come quote my job. My job had then become urgent from a window smashing but I found
