Hi all. Got a gate motor, track and remotes sent up to the NT near Darwin.
Installed it all myself and its very smooth and fast. Very Happy.
Also the remote range is excellent as my front gate is 180 meters through thick bush from my house and works from in my house. I can see it open and close on my security camera monitor. Love it

Since I started using gate motors and accessories I got my supplies from Newtowers. Their service and reliability is up to standard and especially the technical support.
I'll keep using their products for the reason that is world class quality, allways updated to the latest on the market and big enough range of gates product that my business needs.

Our dealings and the dealings of contractors who have relied on this company has been very unsatisfactory.
Our architect paid them all their account stated and after weeks things still dont work and they seem to be playing "games" with us. Today when I requested the name of the GM and their email address, 2 female persons wouldn't give me their full name or email contact and they both said they were the GM. If I had the GM's name and email contact details, I would write to them directly.
We believe they have messed our electrician and our architect around.
Maybe most of our problems are not

We've had nothing but ongoing problems with the newtower products.
To confirm, was told your store was open and make it clear I was making a long trip to come in for parts but after travelling an hour to get there with children in tow I found the place locked up and unattended. i tried calling the numbers they provided some two dozen times and we waited and waited that day and not single return call. We wasted half my day on this nonsense. I would hope to see much better service if we opt to try and use you again, however pretty angry with your service last time. As for the products, as per your
