Elsema (Electronic Service and Manufacture) was established in 1973, and has since become a leader in its industry with cutting edge innovations used to manufacture remote controls, receivers, gate and door automation technologies. We have always been a privately owned Australian company. Thanks to the vision and dedication of its co-founder, Otto Eigner, Elsema grew from 4 employees in 1976 to employing over 40 employees in 2020.
Elsema products range from transmitters with one channel to sixteen channels, receivers, radio data modules, control cards for automated gates or garage doors, inductive loop detectors, antennas, power supplies, battery chargers and cases. We are here for our customers, real people answer the phones and we have specialised engineers who give technical support.
Elsema has control cards for all types of gates and doors. Our cards can support automatic swing gates, sliding gates, solar gates, domestic garage doors, industrial roller shutters, driveway gates and the list goes on. These controllers were built from the ground up, based on customer feedback and using today's technology.

The Worst customer service I have come across in a very long time! Contacted this company regarding a faulty Elsema receiver which the installer had purchased and installed, after asking me so many questions and 15 Emails later, which could have been avoided if they contacted me on my Mobile phone, they did exactly what the installer did, which was blaming the fault on the other person and not their product! Not even attempting to resolve the problem or caring much about helping the customer who has regularly used the Elsema products.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Attempted to ring this company to enquire about purchasing one of their products I had seen online that seemed good. The lady who answered had an appalling phone manner and clearly did not want to assist as she did not even ask what product I wanted. It would appear their Web site is simply fake publicity spin!! THEY DO NOT SELL TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC so it is a waste of time trying to call. It is any wonder Australian busineses fail when they treat people with such distain. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RING THIS COMPANY. WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT!!

Terrible service, dealing with a sales person and owner. Owner tells me that they can't refund Freight $18.00 . these people just want your money with no service. People like this should not be allowed to operate any type of business. Unbelievable excuses and ridiculous policies that are not in any way documented in my Quote or on the website. Avoid.
