Stuart and his team were great to deal with. Stuart gave me practical advice about what was appropriate for my house in regards to my usage and my expectations, the state of technology and gave me a great system that was very good value for money. His team installed it quickly, it was connected to grid straight away and I could see my usage and savings via the app. Within a short time and adjusting my usage habits, my power bills have reduced by 80%+ meaning my pay pack period will be even faster than first thought. I couldn't be happier to have 1) finally "gone solar", and 2) to have chosen IQ Solar.
Very happy with Albeart and team as our installers. I've observed some of our neighbours during installation with other companies, and I can affirm that the IQ team was safer, equally appropriate in positioning the system, and quicker. There was no inconvenience at all.

Installation was so quick and unobtrusive I barely noticed it until it was complete. Would recommend IQ Solar to everyone.

From the first conversation with Stuart we felt at easy, there are so many dodgy installers around so we wanted to be sure, Stuart left us with no doubts.
He guided us through the best setup for the roof line, equipment choice etc.

I spent a great deal of time and effort, months as it turned out, researching solar to upgrade our old 1.5kW system - there are so many installers and unfamiliar products/suppliers that without a word of mouth recommendation it was pretty overwhelming at first.
Over the weeks that I was talking to different installers Stuart from iqsolar was the only one who seemed to have a decent industry background and technical knowledge, and always responded promptly and thoroughly with answers to questions. He also never pushed the sale which I appreciated.

Just a wonderful and comfortable experience throughout the process of obtaining our solar. Stuart was extremely knowledgeable and helpful understanding what we wanted and how to match the variety of products and technologies to our particular needs. Albert our installer was adept and resourceful in installing the kit seamlessly into our very aged and somewhat difficult home. IQ represents a wide range of products and values, so they were quite honest about the benefits and value of each product and their recommendations. We are now much closer to being carbon free!

We engaged Stuart at IQ Solar to advise us about putting in Solar Power. He was such a great guy, friendly, knowledgeable and just made things easy to understand. He took us through the process, explained the differences and benefits of the various systems and brand available. He was upfront and honest, as we had other quotes from other companies and it felt like they were just doing the sell and we were left wondering if what they were talking about was true! I rate Stuart highly. He has been helpful before, during and after the installation.
Out of the 10 companies I spoke to about repairing our old system, and adding a new system, he was the only one who was willing to replace the old and broken inverter as well as install a parallel system alongside it.
Jack the installer and his team were also great, clean and friendly.
We have had a few complications with details after the installation due to the way the 2 systems relate to each other, and Stuart has researched and communicated with me about it which has been helpful.
I will continue to use

Stuart Gordon and Avenish, they are awesome. they know what they are doing. Stuart Gordon is an awesome sales person who explains all the details very nicely rather than trying to force the sales and Avenish is an awesome engineer who can design and engineer anything. what a combination of you two. you can definitely rely on IQ solar.
