I had a trouble with My SMA inverter wifi connection because I lost my password to login the account. I had contact with John Harris he helped me to find out the way to unlock it. After 2 days he sent me all information to do it. Finally My inverter was connected. Jobs are done you do very good job. Thank you very much John Harris.

I've purchased from this company a solar system 6.6 KW with 3 Phase inverter in 2017, it wasn't the best but that's ok, the inverter stopped working after couple of years, they replaced it after 2 to 3 month, that's fine, now I was having problem with the solar, it's switching of an a daily basis, I thought I'll pay someone to have a look at it instead of waiting for them to respond and get someone to fix it. I've sent a picture of the inverter to the technician, the first thing he said to me is your inverter 3 or 1 phase? I told him 3 phase, he said to me are you sure? so i checked all the email

We dealt directly with Abby for our 10.3kw system, she arranged everything from start to finish and we are very happy with our system and how it was installed neatly on our roof. John helped us set up the smart monitoring overt the phone which made thing super easy, we would highly recommend MGE and their team of friendly staff.

Stay away from this company. Had Western Power inspector come out who found installation fault that needed to be rectified by this company. Extremely difficult to get anyone to answer their phone or emails. Eventually managed to contact Mark who promised to send someone out to fix problem. Still waiting and it has been over a month. I will probably end up having to get another electrician in to fix the fault and it will cost us more money. Don't be conned by these people.

Unfortunately it looks like a lot of fake positive reviews here, this company give no after sales support at all. I have had a terrible install, then a failed inverter. After issuing a consumer complaint, More Green Energy have failed to respond other than sending an installer after a month to verify that the inverter has failed. I have gone direct to the inverter company and they have responded, thankfully.

We've put in several inquiries but Abby from More Green stood out from the rest. She was easy to communicate with and the pricing was fair. She would suggest what she thinks is the best option and does not oversell. Installatiom day came and everything went smooth. The electrician and the rest of the team were great and everything was communicated clearly. Would definitely recommend them anytime.

More green energy installed solar panels in 2019. Everything was going good. Few months back changed my internet service provider and my inverter connectivity with modem is disconnected. i need to go and fix the setting in sunny portal. I forgot the details. I called more green energy for help. They immediately responded and fixed it. Many thanks to Akash

Over 12 months ago I asked this company for a quote on solar panels, but I ended up going with another company.
This company has been calling, messaging, and emailing me for more than 12 months trying to sell me solar panels, even though I have repeatedly asked them to stop contacting me.
I can't say what the quality of their work is, but I can recommend that you don't contact them to ask for a quote, because as soon as you do they will keep trying to sell to you...seemingly for ever...even long after you tell them that you've already gone with someone else.

We have fantastic service from Janet on the sales team. She was friendly and helpful, answering all my questions about the products.
Less than two weeks after paying the deposit, the installers were out and installed the panels and inverter. The guys were great, friendly and professional.
Only a recent install, so have not connected back to grid but so far we have been extremely happy.
