Cooldek Roofing reduces noise from heavy rain and aids in keeping your home cool, reducing energy costs AND your carbon footprint. Stratco Cooldek Roofing features a polystyrene core that is permanently bonded to a smooth, easy to clean, coloured steel underside, and a profiled, coloured steel topside.
The Stratco Outback Curved Roof is available as a freestanding unit or attached to your home. When combined with flat roofing or pergola sections it becomes part of a system, with the elegant curved roof forming the central feature of the design. Available in either Multispan or Clearspan designs, the Stratco Outback Curved Roof can span up to 6.6 metres wide in either style.
The Stratco Outback Flat Roof system is extremely versatile and can be configured to cover any area around the home. It is ideal as a single unit or can be incorporated with a gable roof, curved roof, or pergola system for extra cover. Available as a freestanding structure or attached to the home, it can be used as a carport, verandah or patio.
The versatile Outback Sunroof provides adjustable sun-shade and protection wherever you need it. Combine it with other styles from the Stratco Outback range, or use the Sunroof on its own as an awning, pergola, veranda or patio. The level of sunlight, shade and weather shielding can be controlled by adjusting the rotating louvre blades with the hand held remote.

We live in a village and asked these guys to put a roof on our alfresco area and another smaller one out the back area - customer service and professionalism was great - kept us informed all the way, nothing was to big or to small for these guys. Even didn't mind our little princess (4 legged) running around, cleaned up after and during the job, was a great experience. Thanks for a great job was a pleasure having such boys on site with such good work ethics - now I can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air in my lovely outdoor area -

Craig and his team installed a Stratco verandah at our new home, from first point of contact Craig was a true gentleman, upfront and honest. He gave us a variety of options for different budgets and a realistic… timeframe for construction which included all design and permit application. Great communication throughout the whole process and when it came to construction Nathan and Mark commenced on the Monday afternoon and completed on Tuesday (Even with pooring rain the whole day) the boys did a top job! I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Luxford, I will be using them again

Any average builder company could build you a nice pergola, when you have plenty of space, money and no restrictions on your property. But we had a very difficult case, and at the beginning, it looked like we couldn't really build anything at all... These gentlemen really had to go out of their way and work double on my plans, permits and building structures. And they didn't even hesitate for a moment to do that for me! Everyone at Luxford who worked on my project was

Luxford built a verandah for me in the middle of July 18. The job was completed on time and the workmanship of the gang of three employees was of first rate - these guys were competent, efficient and tidy. I also was very impressed by the friendly and efficient customer service provided by its Management team when going through the bureaucratic processes for permits. In a nut shell, it was very pleasant to deal with them.

Could not be happier with our new large entertaining space! A couple of challenges with local council but thankfully Craig was able to deliver our vision. The boys who came out to install were also fantastic. Professional, friendly and they did an awesome job not only with installation in a timely manner but with communication along the way and site clean on completion. We were looking to cover our exposed deck with a roof or awning of sorts, and found the Stratco range of products at our local store where they had their Stratco certified installer Luxford Building Services contact us to review our job and quote.

Very positive experience from start to finish. They took care of everything with no fuss. Excellent result exactly as I wanted. The team worked so well together in very trying circumstances. They dealt with over 40 degree heat to produce a great job and even managed to have a few laughs. It has made an incredible difference to my property. I would recommend them to anyone.
