Signed up on 4/12 got the system installed on 23/12 after a few follow up and the Stephen has been really helpful to organise the installation. Installer was very good at their job, I have a 19.92KW system installed with 15KW inverter. the first day it produced an impressive 91.3kWh on a good sunny day. This is the beginning yet so will make more comments of further observation of the result. I was quite impressed with Stephen and his help thanks you.

Signing up with them has been the worst nightmare. We signed up as a group of more than 10 houses and everyone has had issues.
Called them multiple times, but apparantly they only receive calls to be escalated and promise an immediate call back, which has never happened. We have been trying to call them since March.
There has been leeks from the roof and our builders are happy to look into it but since there was solar installed, they require Ausgreen to inspect to see it there are no gaps from the drilling in of the panels.

Great installation service, terrible support service
7kw system installed and worked fine for a year. I then experienced an intermittent ’fault 129’ on the Growatt inverter. Tried to call Ausgreen 3 times and got a call centre and a promise of a callback 3 times, but never got the call back. Also emailed twice with no response.
In the end I contacted Growatt directly who were able to dial into the unit and fix the problem very easily by changing a simple setting (thank you Growatt for your good service)
