Roach Demolition specialises in residential demolition, inclusive of excavation Melbourne for your block. As a homeowner; we can demolish your dwelling along with the asbestos, footings, trees, stumps and excess debris. We can then excavate your block, leaving the site ready for the next stage of your building project.
A permit is required to carry out demolition works. Roach Demolition will consult with our building surveyor about your specific needs for your project and we will navigate the maize of the permit process, the costs of which will be included in your quotation. We manage this process to ensure that you can focus on your next steps in your development project.
Roach Demolition's works can form part of the tree removal process as part of the demolition works. Trees up to 5m in height (in most cases) can safely be removed by the machine during the demolition process. Dependent on the size of the trees, Roach Demolition can either remove them or we can manage the removal process through an arborist of your choosing or through those that we work with on a regular basis.

We are very happy with the demolition they did for us. The quotation was accurate and Laurice kept us informed throughout the whole process.
We were concerned about the removal of some large stumps located near our fence line but the machine operator has the skills of a dentist and removed them with precision.
Our block was left clean & tidy and would recommend using them for any excavation or demolition work.

We're first time builders with no experience at all and we were very lucky to have found Roach. They were extremely helpful in every aspect from multiple quotes at the beginning, last minute changes we had to make, altering their schedule to fit in with our build time, nothing was too much to ask. Met us on site to work out how they could assist further with levelling and site works with out charging any extra. Definitely recommend them, can't imagine you'd find better quality and customer service!

I have not done any demolition before and Roach Demolition was recommended to me and I am very happy how they handled my demolition. Laurice was great and Darren always answered the phone. We had our family home of 16 years demolished by Roach Demolitions, which took a long time to prepare due to Council permit requirements. Despite the Permit process taking 18 months, Roach Demolition kept their initial quote the same throughout. On the day the team were professional and courteous at all times. They observed and followed all conditions set by the Council, along with being very careful with all Neighboring assets.

Very happy with Roach Demolition. Meet Darren next day after calling him, decided to go with him on the day. He took time and real effort to give us an accurate quote. We have a cement sheet cladded house with asbestos, we really want to make sure there is no surprise. They made it! Back office is very organised and gave me a clear picture of the whole process. It is really easy to deal with the whole team. If you want quick response and nice people to do your job at the time you wanted, I highly recommend them!
