Moe and his team were very professional and easy to communicate with. Dounia in the office was quick to respond to emails and sent our final certificates very quickly.
They were able to accommodate our builder's requests to cap and mark our sewer and storm water. And organised temporary fencing for 3 months until our builder took over the site.
They organised all the paperwork from start to finish including protection works notice, permits

Amazing work by Mo and the crew at On Spot. They've delivered on everything they promised and turned up on time and cleared the site quickly, efficiently and have left it ready for the new build. They capped the plumbing and even helped save a tree for us by moving it. I thoroughly recommend them.
As a tip, remember it takes time to plan a demolition, abolishment of services takes about a month. You also need a building permit and council approval to demolish. So plan it all out and all will be fine.

Very impressed with the job these guys did. Choosing a demo company with good reviews was something that was pretty important to me, so On Spot Demolition really stood out. I emailed about 15 companies for a quote and On Spot came back with one of the most competitive quotes after taking into consideration all of the inclusions and preparations they made for the builder. They worked throughout the massive storms we just had and removed some massive trees and stumps from the site, leaving a perfectly flat, clean block. Didn't try to charge me for any extras which was also great. Would recommend
