Arrived 30 mins early after notifying me. Was friendly, quick and efficient. Quickly resolved my issue then serviced and cleaned my unit without any fuss. Also cheaper than expected. 5 stars!!

The installation crew was punctual, polite and professional. While the job involved the replacement of existing split systems, Lou and his crew made a number of valuable improvements when installing the new, more efficient and quieter units. In discussing how to avoid puddles by piping the units' condensation into adjacent storm water down pipes, I revealed that we drink collected rainwater stored in tanks. This led to a hasty change of plan, requiring the non-potable condensation liquids to instead be piped into garden beds via a series of additional pipes.

They came recommended so I was disappointed they were so unresponsive. I had to constantly chase them up to find out what was going on with my quote and options for work. I'm still waiting on a quote 2 weeks later for a replacement ducted cooling system. They lost out on an easy $3000-$4000 from me. The technicians were great but administration and sales were terrible so I went elsewhere.

Rosanna Heating sent a team out to install a new 3x headed split System in my 1930s place. The team had great solutions to fit the systems into the roof space and hide the cables and were careful working around the old plaster and my possessions. They were also quick to follow up with me to ensure things were satisfactory on my end. Good times

We had a reverse cycle system installed this week. John was professional in discussing our requirements and providing the quote. Matt and the team were outstanding in installing the system. They were efficient, polite and communicated well when they were on site. Each day they removed all rubbish, sweep the floors and left the house spotless. One of the best businesses I have ever dealt with. We will recommended Rosanna Heating and Cooling to our friends.

After trying to get a quote from a few different heating companies (who never answered the phone, or promised a quote but never sent one), I called Rosanna Heating and Cooling and got a response straight away. From the initial phone call, right up to the completion of the job, they entire team was warm, friendly, and very professional.
We had a very old ducted heating system that had stopped working, but we weren't sure if it needed replacing or could be fixed. We were advised of our options and ended up getting a new unit installed. The team even had a cancellation 4 days before they were due

Great work from the whole team at RHCG. Return cycle Air Con had broken down was given a comprehensive site inspection and quotes on different units to replace old unit. All works was completed within a week and half to a fantastic standard. Highly recommend.

Could not recommend Ash and the team more highly! Took the time to understand our needs and design an appropriate solution (replacing an old gas heater and adding ceiling vents upstairs ). Kept us informed at each step of the process. Worked over the weekend to get the heater installed for us. Excellent value for money on top of all that. Super impressed.

Poor experience. Played a lot of phone tag, job took ages to get going, and the way they quote is unclear and confusing. Not sure if I've overpaid because of that.

Wayne was on time, did the job with minimum fuss and was very fair in his pricing. Dont bother getting anyone else, it'll be Wayne for me all the way.

Very very very poor experience with this company. The split system work that they are currently working on for 4 months now still not fixed, this is the only heating/cooling device that is in the place and is so frustrating to deal with. I seem to have to chase them every time for the service technicians to return to do the next piece of work/testing, even after they say they will be returning in a couple of days. It just seems crazy to me how this company is operating. Can not wait for this to be over.
