Took nearly 3 weeks for a delivery date after payment, no receipt of payment received until day prior. Made 3 calls on the delivery date to narrow down a time as none could be given to hear that they would not be delivering the item that day and had failed to inform me. They insisted on making the delivery after 5pm weekdays which was not suitable and could not understand that we cannot accept delivery when the room is in use. Will now need to chase a refund which will no doubt take longer than necessary. Don't waste your time here if you're wanting furniture in under 4 weeks without the hassle
