We have always received the best attention and cooperation here. The facility is clean, functional and very well run. Access is easy, trolleys and equipment are always available and staff are friendly and helpful. If you need storage and Monash have space available look no further,

Good, clean, well-maintained facilities BUT this is undermined by a) limited opening hours (5 PM closure, not open on Sundays at all) b) very aggressive email and PADLOCK placed on our unit when monthly payment was a mere 1 week overdue! There's no need for this, a second friendly reminder would have been sincerely appreciated as people get busy and overlook these things, as we did. Not sure we'd use them again for these reasons despite the convenience and other positives. It was such a heavy-handed email and we were shocked to receive it. Leaves a bad feeling!

Great storage facility in downtown Brunswick ... accessible, clean and secure. Also great service from "wo to go," helpful staff all down the line, especially manager Susie. So friendly. We have been customers for six years, using various storage sizes, with no problem ever in changing from one size to another as we progressively downsized.
Now we've downsized completely and feel sad to leave!

These people are wonderful. The most amazing service & friendly atmosphere! Who would of thought going to lockup was so delightful. Thanks to the team at Monash, they do such a wonderful job!
