We have used Wilson storage a couple of times now and wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend them, a fantastic, local, new and clean storage facility with excellent staff, who are polite, and very very accommodating with all you need. The site manager, Nick, kept me informed until a larger unit was available.

Would not recommend. No personalised service. They have no morals in the way they do business. In these uncertain times , they also have no flexibility . Will be looking elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

Convenient location not too much traffic in the street. 24hr access, the floors in the storage units are covered with flooring so your stuff stays clean and dust free not like other storage facilities. Highly recommended

Friendly staff, nice little luxuries like a drinks fountain in the reception area. Plenty of parking in the facility as the street is pretty busy. Lots of trolleys available if you beed and 2 goods lifts for getting stuff upstairs.
Everything looks pretty new and always clean and tidy.

Excellent facilities and security. Several points off for Anita specifically. As an attendant was extremely rude and dismissive, with relentless passive aggression shading every interaction.
Verbatim:
"Hello Morgan, have you FINALLY moved everything out? Every last bit? So it's finally empty and we can vacate it?"
Irrespective of me leaving things there, I had paid extra money for the remaining 14 days and had the right for my things to be there.

What a great company. The storage facility is clean, secure, brightly lit and run by a great team. Geoff, Michelle and Michael from the Mount Waverley facility have made moving my whole house into storage such an easy and stress free experience. They sell every box or item you could possibly need for moving. And it's so easy for the removalists to use. Thanks Wilson storage, see you when we get back from Texas, cheers, Lindy :)
