RK Solar did a fantastic job. The Salesman Aman came to the site and discussed the process and explained how everything would work. Happy with the price as I wanted a large system with higher end products. The installation team were very professional. Very tidy job and no mess left on site. Turn around time from deposit to install was within the week. Installers and the service team helped install and tune apps. I have recommended go family and friends and will continue to do so.

RK Solar provided the most detailed quote of all the solar companies, with many different options for size of install, inverter and panel type. We went with 10.36kW system using Trina panels & Enphase Mirco-inverter and Envoy S-Meter wifi monitoring.

We’d strongly recommend not going with RK. We booked in November last year, and install wasn’t complete until end of Feb. We were up sold to a bigger system, and RK did no kind of checks to make sure our electrical system and the suburb’s electrical system could cope with it. We’re stuck paying $10k for a system that can only produce at 50% of its… capacity, have spent many hours on the phone with Ausgrid, had to pay thousands to have our switchboard upgraded, and RK never returned our calls or emails, and haven’t provided any support, advice or assistance.

Had a solar system fitted 5 years ago after a recommendation by a neighbour. I was very happy back then. Now 3 months after the warranty expired the inverter fails & I’ve been quoted almost $700 to replace. Speaking to my neighbour & theirs has failed too. What’s the point of getting solar to save money if the inverter has to be replaced at $700 every 5 years?
