Sunboost sold me the solar installation in Nov. I bought a hybrid system system. I found in one of my research that their license was cancelled in July 2021. As a concerned customer I question them with no reply in timely manner My fusion solar app had password issue which required the company to resolve the issue on resetting the password. I would get reply from Jennifer with the answer that I need to wait; only the local installer can reset the password and he was not available for nearly 3-4 days. He was busy installing solar panels for other customers. I am so not happy as a customer. I am

Sunboost offered a price that could not be matched. Almost all service has been extremely friendly and polite and very very helpful and responsive.
We purchased a system with 36 panels and 2 x 5kw inverters. Installation was 2 weeks from acceptance of the price. Installers were lovely local guys who were fast, efficient and polite.
Aftersales service and follow up has been excellent, Wilson in particular has been fantastic.
