Moved 2bhk from Sydney on 23rd Dec 21 to deliver in Brisbane on Christmas eve. We had to pay for Premium Service since it was close to Christmas. The truck broke down on its way and my stuff was delivered a day late on Christmas. My family had already reached Brisbane on Christmas eve and we had to make last minute hotel booking due to the delay. All this was very stressful to say the least.
To be fair the guys who moved the stuff did a good job which resulted in service recovery (hence the extra star). But the customer service person was very rude when we asked for a refund for the hardship we

Rude unprofessional lazy. Didn't wear masks even though there were signs all over our building asking people too.
Tried to get us to pay cash offering a 'better price'. Don't pay upon pick up - you'll get your stuff dumped on the pavement at best.
If I could do less than one star I would. Third time moving and by far this time was the worst. The removalists complained entire time while packing our stuff. Got my husband to dismantle the beds and tables (even though this was part of the quotation) and help them bring stuff to the truck. At the other end when dropping off they gave us zero notice

I booked a move with these people, they rang me at 3:30pm the day before my move and said "sorry our truck has broken down.. we can't move you tomorrow, do want to make a new day and time" my entire weekend was planned around the move.. they didn't offer to hire a truck to complete the job. Very very poor. I know trucks break down but you don't leave a person high and dry and say sorry but we can't move you!

Horrendously rude to all the neighbours in the apartment complex. Blocked off the driveway for hours despite there being space to park elsewhere. They refused to move when asked - said they would be done in 10 minutes and were still there half an hour later. Multiple residents in the block missed appointments or had to organise Ubers for work. Did not follow covid precautions (no masks in common areas)

Packers arrived to pack boxes and had no markers to write on boxes and not prepared at all. The packing was terrible and they were so slow. They were asked to put all in to a storage room which looks like they just threw in there and we then had to spend hours re packing the room. They were so expensive and the worst service ever. I would never recommend - do not use!!!

I had a two bedroom until all packed up in storage. Only had to transport to a neighbouring suburb. The two guys were pleasant but their English was terrible. Hard to communicate properly.
They were late. And were waiting for me when I got there even after arranging for them to start without me. They slow, no sense of urgency I was helping as well and did at least twice as many trips. Didn't pack the truck properly, left my couch and a bike which they had to go back for. Turned boxes upside down when it was pretty clear which way they needed to go. Damaged some of the furniture.
Charged me $200

I booked the IMove Group to transport my son's belongings from the family home to his new home interstate. I witnessed the packing of his goods onto the truck; my son will take delivery of his goods at the other end of the journey.
Karmen and Nawras did exactly as they said they would do.
They called one hour prior to arriving and arrived on time.
They packed efficiently and carefully, wrapping all delicate items and securing the load ready for long distance travel.
They were polite and respectful, and the service was more than affordable. From my experience today, I would highly recommend
